Ingredients
- 200 gm hakka noodles
- 1 cup cabbage
- 2 handfuls coriander leaves
- black pepper as required
- water as required
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 cup onion
- salt as required
- 1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup

Step 1 Wash the veggies
To begin with thieasy recipe, wash, peel and cut the veggies. In the menatime, boil the noodles and set aside.

Step 2 Wok toss veggies
Take a wok and add chili oil, add onion and cabbage, stir fry till they turn golden. Add tomato sauce and stir fry.

Step 3 Add noodles
Next, reduce the flame and add in the noodle, toss well and add soy sauce, chili garlic paste, spices and handful of corinader. Mix it all well.

Step 4 Serve hot
Lastly, add grated cheese and cover the lid for a minute and transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
